Regardless of what is written in the current law, until the adjustment work is completed according to this Act, no organization structure and positions shall be created for any body except in the case of section 3.

However, immediately the organization structure and If the Government of Nepal deems it necessary to review the posts, there will be no hindrance to review the organization structure and posts according to the prevailing law.
